Using
your credit card to reserve your hotel room or any
other service on our website is 100% safe. Many
millions of hotel rooms, activties, etc... have been
booked successfully online without any risk.
We have
put a number of security steps in place to give you
total confidence when purchasing services (cheap
hotel rooms, flights, activities and more) on our
website.
All
sensitive informations, including of course personal
details and credit card numbers, are kept
confidential through encryption. We use 128-bit
secure sockets layer, or SSL. This means that
information can only be exchanged between you and
our network and that no other party can access this
data. A padlock symbol is usually displayed by your
browser (down on the right) when a page is covered
by this security system. Everytime you are asked to
provide and confirm personal details and credit card
numbers on our website you can be sure that SSL is
what we're using and that no other party will be
able to read the details you send for your
reservation. We do not retain live records of
personal details or credit card information on our
server after the transaction has been completed.
You
hardly will ever experience any problem with us and
in the rare case that your reservation does not
result in a succesful transaction, your credit card
is not billed.
The
details you provide are used only to ensure that
your reservation is made and are not used in any
other way not even for statistical purposes.
For
additional protection, we ask for your card’s
security code at the point of payment. For most
cards, including Visa and Mastercard, the code is
the last three digits printed on the signature strip
on the back of the card. For American Express, the
code is the four digits printed on the front of the
card above the main card number.
NightsInLosAngeles nor any of its partners/affiliates
will ever bill anything more than what is used to
confirm the service you're purchasing. There are no
subscription fees, or hidden fees to pay ever.
NightsInLosAngeles will prosecute anyone who
attempts to misuse the system in any unlawful way. |
